📌 Important Instructions

Always keep the latest version installed — use the Download Now button above. New features and fixes come only in the latest version.
Install the software on the computer your printer is connected to, and keep that computer on during shop hours.
After installing, enter your Shop ID — that is all. Python and SumatraPDF are already inside the software.
You don't need to uninstall an old version first — the new one replaces it automatically.
The 🖨️ icon in the tray (bottom-right) means everything is working. You can also choose "Check for Update" from there.

🖨️ Which printer handles duplex?

Usually only one printer handles two-sided printing. Select that printer here to route duplex orders to it. Leave it blank to route duplex jobs to the standard B&W or colour printer. Photo and large-format jobs keep their dedicated printer settings.

This list comes from the Print Agent on your computer. If a printer is missing, restart the agent or wait for its next update (every 30 minutes). System Default Printer uses the default printer selected in Windows.

🌐 Customer Language

📊 Page Range Pricing (optional)

"From this many sheets to this many = this much per sheet" — this price per-page per page, not for the entire job.
For example, with 2–5 = ₹2 a 4-page bill is 4 × 2 = ₹8. And with 6–10 = ₹1.5 an 8-page bill is 8 × 1.5 = ₹12 — the more sheets, the cheaper the rate.
Copies count too — 3 copies of 3 pages = 9 sheets, so the 6–10 range applies.
Orders outside these ranges use the standard per-page rate above. Leave the ranges empty to disable quantity pricing.

Turn each option on or off separately. Only the options that are ON are shown on the customer page — the box layout adjusts itself, no empty space is left.

📄 Duplex (two-sided) is switched on, as Auto or Manual, in the Printer Setup tab. Once it is on, its options and rates appear here.

Which prints should offer duplex?

Turn a mode OFF and the Two-Sided option is hidden from customers in that mode.

Open the Razorpay Dashboard from the button below (if you don't have an account, "Sign Up")
When the dashboard opens, click "Account & Settings" in the left menu
There, find and click the "API Keys" option
In the top-right corner, select "Live Mode"
Press the "Generate Key" button
An OTP will come to your mobile, enter it
A popup opens showing Key Id and Key Secret — copy it immediately, the Key Secret won't be shown again!
